1. Service Description
Teddy AI ("the Service") is an AI-powered business assistant provided by Teddy's Cleaning Systems ("TCS", "we", "us"). The Service includes:
- A dedicated AI business assistant accessible via Telegram, capable of handling customer inquiries, bookings, invoicing, emails, and more
- A professionally designed, mobile-responsive business website built for your business
- Hosting on a dedicated Australian server (Sydney AWS region)
- Ongoing AI capabilities including CRM, quote generation, review management, and business automation
2. Plans & Pricing
Teddy AI is offered across three subscription tiers, billed monthly in Australian Dollars (AUD):

Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. TCS reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
3. Website Ownership
The website HTML, CSS, and content created for your business as part of the Teddy AI service is your property. Specifically:
- You own the website files (HTML, CSS, images, and content) that we build for you
- You may request an export of your website files at any time
- Upon cancellation, we will provide your website files within 7 business days upon request
- Hosting is a separate component — your website files can be hosted anywhere
- Third-party assets (fonts, icons, stock images) remain subject to their respective licences
4. Subscription & Billing
- Month-to-month: All plans are billed monthly with no lock-in contracts
- Payment processor: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details
- Currency: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Billing cycle: Your subscription renews on the same date each month from your initial signup
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again over 3 days. If unsuccessful, service may be suspended until payment is resolved
5. Acceptable Use
By using Teddy AI, you agree not to:
- Use the AI to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of harassment
- Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the AI or its infrastructure
- Share your Telegram bot credentials or allow unauthorised third parties to access your AI assistant
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the AI's system prompts, configuration, or underlying technology
- Use the AI to generate harmful, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal content

6. Data Handling
We handle your business data solely to provide the Teddy AI service. Key commitments:
- We do not sell your data to third parties — ever
- We do not share your data except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe)
- Your AI assistant's data is stored on your dedicated server in Australia (Sydney AWS region)
- Upon cancellation, your data remains available for 30 days for export, after which it is permanently deleted

7. Service Modifications
TCS may update, improve, or modify the features and tools included in Teddy AI from time to time. This includes adding new capabilities, updating AI models, and refining existing tools. Our core commitment to providing an AI business assistant and website remains.
We will notify subscribers of any material changes that affect the core service offering with at least 14 days' notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Teddy AI is a business assistant tool. Important limitations:
- The AI provides suggestions and assistance — it is not a replacement for professional legal, financial, medical, or specialist advice
- TCS is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content or suggestions
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCS's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
- TCS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service
- While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance
9. Termination
- By you: Cancel anytime by contacting us via the app, Telegram, or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- By TCS: We may terminate or suspend your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- After termination: Your website files remain your property. We will provide them upon request. Your AI assistant and server will be decommissioned after 30 days

10. Intellectual Property
- The Teddy AI platform, technology, branding, and system prompts remain the intellectual property of TCS
- Your business content, data, and the website built for you are your property (see Section 3)
- You grant TCS a limited licence to use your business name and website in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you opt out
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
